Returns and refund policy
At Daily Dazzle, we want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 14 days of purchase. Note that Sterling Silver Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled, with all tags attached. Please keep the proof of return shipment as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost during the return process.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs for delivery and return will not be refunded.

Please be aware that sale items are not eligible for a refund. However, we are more than happy to issue store credit that you can use for future purchases.
We strive to process returns and issue refunds as quickly as possible. The refund will appear in your preferred account as soon as Quality check is complete. All refunds are made electronically, and we will share the refund details with you.
Should the Quality Check fail, we will return the item back to you, and delivery cost will apply.

Shipping and Delivery
Wrong Item Delivery: In the rare event that you receive a wrong item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, and we will provide instructions for returning the wrong item.

Delivery Prices:

Same/ Next Day Delivery: NPR 100 (Orders before 11 am will be delivered on the same day for inside KTM valley)

Delivery Time: 11 am to 8 pm everyday

Delivery All Over Nepal: NPR 250 (outside KTM valley)

Delivery Timeframe: We strive to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 days. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the route of that particular day.
