To sign up, click on the “Sign Up” button located at the top right corner of the homepage in desktop mode. For mobile phones and tablets, click on the left top corner Menu button. you will find Sign up button at the top. You will be asked to provide your name, email address, and a password to create your account. Once you’ve created your account, you’ll be able to start shopping right away.

You'll also benefit from our convenient express checkout option for future purchases. Additionally, members get priority access to new collections and personalized design options.

At Daily Dazzle, we offer a loyalty program that rewards our customers for shopping with us. To earn Dazzling Credits, simply sign up for a Daily Dazzle account and start shopping! Every time you shop with us, you will receive 1 Dazzling Credit for every rupee spent. Once you have earned 1000 Dazzling Credits, you can redeem them for a NPR 50 discount on your next purchase. You can redeem your rewards at the checkout page where your credit balance will be displayed or find it in your Account page.

Yes! All sale items qualify for Dazzling credits. You will get the same amount of rewards points for sale items as you would for regular-priced items. All our discounts are stackable too, so sign up to save more money for your future purchases.

No, you do not need to sign up for an account to make a purchase at Daily Dazzle. You can make one-time purchases as a guest. However, we highly recommend signing up for an account to enjoy exclusive benefits such as exclusive discounts, faster checkout, and order tracking.

What are the delivery charges at Daily Dazzle?

At Daily Dazzle, we offer free delivery for orders over NPR 5000 within Kathmandu Valley. For orders under NPR 5000, we charge NPR 100 for delivery within 24 hours within the valley. Delivery charges for orders outside the valley is NPR 200 for delivery within 24 to 72 hours and free delivery over NPR 10000. What payment options are available at Daily Dazzle?

Currently, we take full payments for out-of-valley orders where we share our Business QR code for payment through email or WhatsApp. Once the payment is received, your order will be dispatched. For Kathmandu Valley orders, cash on delivery is acceptable and can be paid directly to our delivery rider or via the QR code on your bill. We are working to integrate bank and wallet payment methods for a hassle-free shopping experience.

What is Daily Dazzle's return and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a 3-day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase regarding size, shape, or any other physical characteristics, you may return it within 3 days of the purchase date for a full refund. For DD premium jewelry, there is a maximum of 24 hours during which returns should be processed.  All returns must be accompanied by the original bill and must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued after receiving the returned item after quality inspection. Please note that any shipping fee will not be refunded.
