At Daily Dazzle, we offer free delivery for orders over NPR 5000 within Kathmandu Valley. For orders under NPR 5000, we charge NPR 100 for delivery within 24 hours. Currently, we accept advance payments for out-of-valley orders via COD (cash on delivery). We will contact you to share our Business QR code for payment. Once the payment is received, your order will be dispatched. For Kathmandu Valley orders, cash on delivery is acceptable and can be paid directly to our delivery rider or via the QR code on your bill. We are working to integrate bank and wallet payment methods for a hassle-free shopping experience.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase regarding size, shape, or any other physical characteristics, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund. For DD premium jewelry, there is a maximum of 24 hours during which returns should be processed. All returns must be accompanied by the original bill and must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
