Regular Cleaning: Use the jewelry cleaning cloth provided to gently wipe off any dirt, sweat, or body oils from your jewelry. You can do this whenever you notice buildup or dullness.

Deep Cleaning: For a more thorough clean, mix a few drops of mild soap with warm water. Gently wash your jewelry in this solution, then rinse well with clean water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners — they can damage the plating and finish.

Drying: After rinsing, pat your jewelry dry with a soft, clean cloth. Make sure it’s completely dry before storing or wearing it again.

Avoid Showers and Swimming: While occasional contact with water is fine, it’s best not to wear your jewelry in the shower or while swimming. Chemicals in soaps, shampoos, and chlorine can corrode the plating and dull its shine.

Proper Storage: Store your jewelry separately in the pouch or compartment provided to prevent scratches and reduce contact with other pieces.

Limit Product Contact: Apply lotions, creams, or perfumes first, and wait 5–10 minutes before putting on your jewelry. This helps preserve the shine and plating.

Minimize Friction: Although stainless steel is durable, it can still get scratched — especially the plating. Handle pieces like bangles, bracelets, and rings with care, and avoid rough contact or stacking that could cause friction.

Delivery: Orders placed before 11 am are delivered the same day within Kathmandu, Lalitpur & Bhaktapur. All orders placed after 11 am are delivered the next day within Kathmandu Valley.

You can choose to have your jewelry at an instance, should you choose the Pathao / Indrive option. We will contact you for payment and provide you information on the courier cost.

Delivery outside Kathmandu Valley will be dispatched to Courier Services with home or branch delivery services within the next day. Delivery times may vary between 2-4 days. Delivery outside of the valley will also require pre-payment. We will contact you once your order is placed.
